A father of 5 Robert Cronin a 33 year old man from upstate New York, who got an 11 year old girl pregnant has denied having sex with her claims it was his clothing that got her pregnant.
After a DNA test determined that Robert Cronin was the baby’s father, Cronin didn’t dispute the results, but insisted he never had sex with the child.
“Don’t want to be known for a crime I didn’t commit” said Cronin.
According to Cronin, the girl became pregnant after she came in contact with clothing he had used while masturbating. He said his story is hard to believe because the police is lacking scientific knowledge to proof he is innocent.
The police said that the New Yorker is said to be facing sexual assault charges got having sex with a minor. The girl recently gave birth, she and the baby are being cared for.
Report holds that Cronin who has 5 children with his fiancée, was being held at Schenectady County Jail without bail.
