Acting Attorney General Destroyed Democrat Rep. Nadler

Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker at the  hearing at Capitol Hill today blasts the Chairman of the committee with hot questions.

Everyone was stunned, both media crew and lawmakers alike during an already-contentious House hearing Friday, when Whitaker called time on the Democratic chairman, Nadler after a repeated line of questioning regarding Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe.

Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., first said he wanted Whitaker to appear for a private deposition after the hearing and went on to ask Whitaker whether he had been “asked to approve any requests or action” for the special counsel. This had lead to the retort.

“Mr. Chairman, I see that your five minutes is up, so…” Whitaker reluctantly replied as the entire hearing room was left in awe. “I am here voluntarily. We have agreed to five-minute rounds.” The DOJ chair concluded.

Nadler, already sensing a contempt, let out a sly smile at the response, and went ahead to repeat his question, to which Whitaker responded this time saying: “I have not interfered in any way with the special counsel’s investigation.”

Nadler had threatened to subpoena the DOJ chair with the witness in turn threatening boycott. Here is a video clip of the entire drama between Whitaker and Nadler in Capitol Hill today.
