Former Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State Eric Boswell testified under oath admitting that Hillary was warned multiple times against the use of unsecured servers to transmit classified materials.
On the 29th of May 2019, Judicial Watch released a deposition transcript of Eric Boswell’s testimony in which he admitted that the former Secretary of State on two occasions was issued stern warnings against the use of unsecure Blackberry and personal emails to send classified materials. Turned out she never listened to the warnings. Boswell also stated that Clinton and her staffs were wedded to their Blackberries and that other former state department employees were surprised that Clinton used “Clinton.com”email to conduct official government business.
In the detailed transcript of his deposition released yesterday, Boswell said:
- Hillary Clinton and other Senior State Department officials were warned in 2009 that “any unclassified Blackberry is highly vulnerable in any setting to remotely and covertly monitoring conversations, retrieving emails and exploiting calendars.”
- Clinton was warned again in 2011 that “We also urge Department users to minimize the use of personal web email for business, as some compromised home systems have been reconfigured by these actors to automatically forward copies of all composed emails to an undisclosed recipient.”
- Clinton assured him that she “gets it” when he informed her about dangers of Blackberries.

It seems as though no matter how much corruption has been proven against the Clinton’s, they always have a free pass or get out of jail free card. Apparently no one has a pair big enough to follow through with any action to do anything about it.
