Ilhan Omar likely to resign following Katie Hill resignation over Ethics violations

In shame, Katie Hill resigned, but did not go quietly. She went after Trump and Brett Kavanaugh in her farewell address:

“I am leaving but we have men who have been credibly accused of intentional acts of sexual violence and remain in boardrooms, on the supreme court, in this very body, and worst of all in the oval office.”

But to tell the truth, she doesn’t have to blame anyone but herself. She had inappropriate relationships with staff, which is contrary to the rules of the House.

The pictures of her did not help, but that is not reportedly why Pelosi said she had to resign. It was the ethics violation related to the relationship with her staffer that brought her down not pictures. Believe me, no one least of all Pelosi cares about some same-sex pictures or drug use.

No, it was her arrogance and in that she shares a similar trait with Ilhan Omar. Who rushed to defend Hill with a bit too much desperation.

Rep. Ilhan Omar sent a fair well message to Katie Hill via Twitter, stating :

So have you directly broken Congress’s #MeToo rules also, @IlhanMN? Just like @KatieHill4CA did?

Those rules are meant to be followed exactly equally by both male and female members of Congress!

Hill was not forced to resign for any reason other than she had an inappropriate relationship with several of her staff members.

Katie Hill was not defamed or smeared, rather she suffers from the result of her own actions.

Rep. Ilhan Omar had a very well documented and inappropriate extra-marital relationship with one of her campaign advisers.
