Joe Biden launched into a bizarre, incoherent rant during a campaign speech
Video emerged over the weekend showing Democrat Presidential candidate, Joe Biden going off-script and launching into several confused rambles, leaving many questioning whether the former vice president will have the mental stability for a presidential run.
The clips shared on Twitter show Biden incoherently discussing children playing with his leg hair during a speech on the campaign trail and how he “learned about roaches.”

The videos appear to have come from a September campaign stop in Wilmington, Delaware but went viral on Saturday leaving many users feeling uneasy.

During his speech, 77-year-old Biden started rambling about how little kids used to play with his blond leg hair in the swimming pool while recalling a story about his time working as a lifeguard.
“By the way, you know I sit on the stand and it’d get hot. I got a lot of — I got hairy legs that turn blonde in the sun,” Biden said.
“And the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and then watch the hair come back up again.”
The videos have already amassed millions of views, and for his bizarre story about kids rubbing his hairy legs in the pool, Biden has been widely mocked online.

The video appears to be from the same Wilmington event where Biden gave his confusing speech about his old nemesis Corn Pop.
Biden seemed to be retelling a story during a campaign event about an encounter with the supposed gang leader.
This is the second embarressing Biden moment that surfaced this weekend and caused a stir online.
