But Clinton argued that she has already answered questions about this and should not have to do so again. Despite her counter response, D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in his ruling that her past responses left much to be desired.

According to The Gateway Pundit, Judge Lamberth, a Reagan appointee blasted State Department lawyers defending Hillary Clinton who were working to cover up her email scandal.

I’m wondering why, if Washington DC is not a state and it is only 68 square miles in area, why does it need it’s own court system? There is no reason for them to have their own court system and it should be abolished. It should not have the status of a state. Court cases should be held in the bordering states. I’m not an attorney, but there should be a way to dissolve their court system and have trials held in bordering states. The jury pool in Washington DC, is just too small to be viable, unbiased, and effective.
