A photo of Joy Behar dressed as an “African Woman” for a Halloween Party resurfaced online. Joy Behar has not been her self and this comes as the issue of blackface has come into the spotlight.
In a clip from a 2016 episode, which was dug out by The Wrap media editor Jon Levine, it was revealed that the co-host of “The View” admitted she used makeup that was much lighter than her skin.
Photo of the then 28 year old Behar dressed up for Halloween appeared, when discussing a New York Times op-ed about naturally curly hair.
Former co-host Raven-Symoné asked; “Joy are you black.’”
Behar responded that she was so cute and explained that she went to a Halloween party dressed as a beautiful African woman.
